Our carne is made with Shimanto pork, raised in nature and using the waters of Shimanto River, Japan's last pure river.It is characterized by its soft meat, high-quality fat, and sweet flavor.Other dishes to enjoy include pesce, a salad made with fatty swordfish and a sauce that brings out the full flavor of ripe tomatoes, as well as two desserts: semifreddo and blancmange with the aroma of roasted green tea.
